How do your 30-minute rates work?
Our listed starting rates are $75 per 30 minutes ($150 per hour) for 2 movers and a truck, and $95 per 30 minutes ($190 per hour) for 3 movers and a truck. Ask for the minimum booking and other quote terms that apply to your move.
How can I confirm the payment terms?
Ask the provider which payment methods it accepts, when payment is due and whether any payment conditions apply. Confirm those details before booking.
Do you charge extra for weekend moves?
We list contact hours of 7:00 am – 8:00 pm daily. Ask which starting rates and quote terms apply to your preferred date.

Do removalists work in the rain?
Ask the provider how adverse weather may affect timing and what protection or rescheduling options are available for your move.
Do I need to empty chest of drawers and wardrobes?
Ask the removalist whether drawers or wardrobes should be emptied. Removing loose, fragile or heavy contents can also make furniture easier to prepare and handle.
Can you transport potted plants and garden equipment?
Tell the removalist about plants, outdoor equipment and fuel-powered items before booking. Ask what can be transported and how each item should be prepared.
